Shareholders Meeting of EGaTe

On Wednesday, May 12, 2010, a final shareholders meeting of the school company EGaTe took place at school, in the room 211. The company worked at school from October 27, 2009. The management, shareholders, members of EGaTe and the students of the lower grades attended the event. The final report gave EGaTe president Peter Dlhopolec, the particular final reports presented the vice-presidents, each for her own department.The shareholders agreed on 60% dividend per share.
The value of the share was € 3.32, the dividend therefore had the value of € 1.99. All agreed that EGaTe company has been by far the most successful company in the history of EGT. Moreover, it has been the first Slovak students company which, apart from the success in Slovakia, won the medal position in a European competition.

Valné zhromaždenie EGaTe

V stredu 12. mája 2010 sa v miestnosti 211 uskutočnilo záverečné valné zhromaždenie školskej spoločnosti EGaTe, ktorá na škole pôsobila od 27. októbra 2009. Podujatia sa okrem vedenia, členov spoločnosti a akcionárov zúčastnili aj žiaci nižších ročníkov.
Záverečnú správu predniesol prezident EGaTe Peter Dlhopolec, za svoje úseky potom prezentovali záverečné správy viceprezidenti, každý za svoju oblasť. Akcionári odsúhlasili 60% dividendy na akciu. Hodnota akcie bola 3.32 €, dividenda teda mala hodnotu 1.99 €. Všetci sa zhodli na tom, že EGaTe bola doteraz najúspešnejšou študentskou spoločnosťou v histórii EGT. Bola vôbec prvou slovenskou študentskou spoločnosťou, ktorá okrem úspechov na Slovensku získala medailové umiestnenie aj na európskej súťaži.
